Learning Mode is a feature integrated into charging stations designed to enhance user convenience and security. When activated, the charging station captures and stores the unique identifiers of RFID cards presented during the next hour. The car will NOT start charging after an RFID is presented, so it is possible to present multiple RFID cards after one another. These identifiers are then saved as whitelisted charge cards specific to that installation, you will find them with a random name on the charge card menu, where you can modify them and give them a more meaningfull name.

How Does Learning Mode Work?

1. Activation: Users or administrators can activate Learning Mode by editing the charge station under "infra -> charge station"

2. Data Capture: Once activated, the charging station starts capturing the unique identifiers (UIDs) of RFID cards presented during a period of 1 hour maximum. IMPORTANT: a car should be connected to the charger for this to work!

3. Storage and Processing: The captured UIDs are securely stored within the charging station's associated owner.

4. Whitelist Generation: The collected UIDs are processed to create a whitelist of authorized charge cards for that particular installation.

5. If you want to stop learning mode, please uncheck it after you have read all your RFID's, although this will automatically stop after 1 hour of activity.
