When will I get paid out ?

Payments within wattify are treated completely automated on our end as well.

We pay payouts and negative invoices at least once a week.

You can follow the status of your invoices and payouts on the backoffice.

The different statusses are:

paid: the invoice has been paid for or the payout has been paid out

unpaid: some or all of the charge sessions belonging to this invoice or payout have not been paid for and thus are prohibiting the invoice or payout to be paid out. You can see the details by clicking on that invoice and see which charge session(s) might be causing this.

to pay out: The invoice or payout is ready to be paid out. Normally this is done every monday, but this might be earlier as well. You can expecet the payment very soon.

Do you see charging sessions which have not been included on a payout statement? This most likely is because it is a session of type 'roaming'. Roaming means someone with an external charging card has charged at your charging station. Such a charging session is billed by us to the roaming partner at the end of the month where the charging took place. Most roaming partners pay their bills in time within 30 days, but some of them take a little longer unfortunately. But you can be sure, as soon as that bill has been paid the payout will be done from wattify towards you within a week.

PS: The above procedure is valid if the total amount to pay out of all your sessions is at least 20€. If it is lower it will be rolled over to the next payout cycle.
