Change billing details

You can update your billing details yourself via mijn.wattify.be. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to mijn.wattify.be using your account.

  2. In the main menu, go to ‘Users’.

  3. Select the correct user/customer whose details you wish to update.

  4. Click on “Edit customer details”.

  5. Make the desired changes: the billing email address, the IBAN number and/or the VAT number.

  6. Save the changes.

If you wish to receive invoices at an email address other than your login address, you can do so via the same screen by updating the billing email address.
